Royal Garden apartments are designed for honeymooners, couples and lovers, complete with double spa. All have own large terrace over-looking garden. Royal Court apartments have 2-3 bedrooms and large southerly facing balconies. Two are suitable for visitors with impaired mobility.

There are childrens' playgrounds, public gardens, tennis courts, putting and 18 hole golf courses not too far away. Across the road is the Heights Leisure Centre which has indoor pools, steam baths, jacuzzi, sauna, sun beds, squash courts and gymnasium.

The Isle of Wight probably has more places of interest than any other resort in the UK. From its coastal paths, forest walks, craft centres, vineyards (12 at the last count), some open for sampling, castles, stately homes and adventure parks. There are of course lovely village pubs and restaurants all at prices to suit peoples taste and pockets.

The Royal Court are the top four apartments in the garden photograph. No's 1 and 2 are on the 1st floor (top). Both have large patio balconies and partial sea views. They have seperate kitchens, lounge/diners, attractive bathrooms. Both have 2 bedrooms.

Royal Court No1 has one bedroom with four poster bed and one with three single beds. Accommodation: Five people

Royal Court No2 has one bedroom with four poster bed and one with a double bed. Accommodation: Four people

Royal Court Nos 3 & 4 are on the ground floor, both have large balconies, nice bathrooms and lounge/diners with open plan kitchens. Royal Court No3 has two communicating bedrooms, one with four poster bed and the connecting one has two singles. Accommodation: Two adults and two children

Royal Court No4 has three bedrooms, one with four poster bed and single bed, one bedroom with double bed and one with single bed. Accommodation: Six people

There is ample car parking space at the rear of the apartments and two special parking spaces at the front for both Court 3 and Court 4, which have access for wheel chairs.
